How to Download Microsoft 365

If you click the Microsoft 365 link in Workday and it takes you to an AI chat page, do not worry! You can still download your apps by following these quick steps:

Step 1: Click the 9-Dot Menu Look near the top left of the AI page and click the icon that looks like a grid of 9 dots (the waffle icon).

Step 2: Select "More Apps" In the menu that pops up, click the "More apps" icon. This will take you to your main Microsoft home screen.

Step 3: Click "Install Apps" Look at the upper right corner of the page. Click the blue "Install apps" button to download the Microsoft suite directly to your MacBook.
